    Can I order by phone?

    We will be happy to serve you by phone and guide you or complete the order for you, at 2310 252827.

    What is the shipping cost?

    For shipments within Greece, shipping costs are free for orders over € 50, while for orders under € 50, the cost of shipping is set at € 3.

    What are the available payment methods?

    Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods.
    1. By cash on delivery of your order upon delivery of the product to the place you selected (only for orders within Greece).
    2. Through your debit / credit card.
    3. By bank deposit in one of the bank accounts.
    4. Using a PayPal card
    5. Payment upon arrival at our physical store by card or cash, in case you wish to receive your order from there.

    Is my transaction secure?

    The transaction process is done in a secure environment, using an SSL certificate. The partner bank is Piraeus Bank and all information from your computer to the bank server is encrypted. All banking information is confidential.

    How is my order delivered?

    You receive your order through the courier company at the address you stated. On the day TERVA makes the shipment you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number. In case you are absent when the courier passes, it will leave you a notice stating your parcel number and the phone number you will need to call to arrange pick-up.

    Is there a minimum order cost?

    No, there is no minimum order cost.

    In how many days will I receive my order from the moment I place it?

    Your order is executed and shipped on the day of registration or the next business day. Delivery for shipments within Greece (if all products are ready to be delivered) is made within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your region. The above times are indicative, relate to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on the conditions and availability of the products.

    What is the return policy?

    In case you wish to return your products, the return deadline is 14 working days upon receipt. The costs of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer and not the company, except in cases where the return is due to our fault (eg product defect), where a return is required within 5 days.

    Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

    – Contact us by phone or email, stating your name, order number, products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    – The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been violated.

    – The product is accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or delivery note, if invoiced.

    – The product is accompanied by a note stating your name, the items you return (code, color, size) and the reason for return. You can also ask us to credit the amount of the value of the product you return, in order to use it in the future in your next purchase and no later than six months from the date of issue of the return document.

    – You have received written return approval for your e-mail from TERVA.
