Change Policy & returns

Product changes are made in the following cases:

1) that the product you received is defective,

2) if you receive products different from those you have placed in your order or

3) if you wish to replace products you have received, which are not defective, for personal reasons.

In the above cases you should contact by phone at 2310 252827 or by email at info@tervabags.gr and report the incident. Returns will not be accepted unless preceded by telephone or electronic communication.

Changes or returns are not accepted after the weekend in the bags (clutch and envelopes).

For other products, changes or returns for electronic orders within Greece and Cyprus can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.

For the change to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, have not been used or modified and the tab has not been removed.

Returned products must be accompanied by the legal document of sale (receipt), which will be enclosed in the package.

In cases 1 and 2, shipping and re-shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by TERVA.

In the 3rd case, the cost of transport and resending is borne exclusively by the customer. The new order should have a value equal to or greater than the one it replaces.

Cash on delivery costs, as well as the difference that will result from the new order, are borne exclusively by the customer.

You have the right to request a partial or full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. The cost of the additional cash on delivery service, if it has been selected, is borne in this case exclusively by the customer. To make the change, the products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original sales document (retail receipt).
